4 Corners Cannabis Customer Assistance Program Details 

At 4 Corners Cannabis, we think everyone deserves access to quality CBD products. We also understand that every person and every family has unique obstacles to navigate. That’s why we’ve created the 4 Corners Cannabis Customer Assistance Program. To help ensure that access, we offer 35% off to veterans, individuals on long-term disability, and low-income households.

If you believe you qualify for our assistance program, and would like to pursue those benefits, please look over the requirements for verification below. Please read all instructions carefully and completely. After you have reviewed the requirements, follow the instructions provided and submit any applicable documentation electronically. Because we are only able to provide this support for people who absolutely need it, we ask that those who qualify for these programs only use their discount/stipend for themselves. Anyone using their discount/stipend for persons other than themselves will be disqualified from receiving any future benefits through the 4 Corners Cannabis Customer Assistance Program.

At this point, you might be asking yourself “But wait, what about my family? What about my friends? What about Cheryl over in accounting? How will they all get 4CC’s CBD?”

If you have any friends, relatives, or even acquaintances that want to try our products, but have financial constraints, please direct them to our customer service department rather than using your discount/stipend for them (or submit separate paperwork for them to see if they qualify for our assistance program). From there, we can figure out whether or not we can find a solution for them as well.

The Discount/Stipend granted by this program cannot be stacked with other coupon codes or discounts. We do not give partial refunds after approval on previous orders. There is a $400 monthly cap on all assistance program orders. Cap starts and resets on the 1st of each month. The $400 cap is based on sales AFTER discount is applied. Our Assistance Program can be used for any and all products that we carry.

Long-term Disability

Those who have a long-term medical disability must provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to qualify for the 4 Corners Cannabis Assistance Program. To set the clearest parameters possible, we unfortunately cannot take the liberty to determine what technically constitutes a disability. Disability status must instead be confirmed and documented by a medical professional or government agency.

Qualifying documents include:

• A signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency stating long-term or permanent disability
• SSDI income awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement.
• Direct Deposit Check

Veterans

All US military veterans must provide a scan or photo of documentation proving their military service to qualify for the 4 Corners Cannabis Assistance Program. This discount only applies to veterans themselves. Although it may be a possibility in the future, we unfortunately cannot extend benefits to family members of veterans at this time.

Qualifying documents include:

• VA card
• DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork)
• Military service records
• Military ID
• State-issued driver’s license (OR) photo ID with a “veteran” classification.

Low income

Any American citizen with low income can apply for our assistance program. To apply for low-income assistance, please send us a copy of your tax return for the previous year. To qualify, your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level based on the number of individuals residing in your home. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please check here. Other forms of proof of income can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifying documents include:

• Tax return (returned and completed by the IRS, current or last year’s)
• EBT card (in combination with state-issued photo ID or license)
• Medicaid card (in combination with state-issued photo ID or license)
• SSI awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement.

Approval

Once you have submitted the appropriate documentation electronically, please allow up to 2 business days for notice of approval. If you mail physical documentation to us, please allow for 2 full business days after we have received your application. Due to unexpected delays in transit that can occur, we recommend submitting your documentation electronically if possible.
